1.Billing function
One meter can inspect the calling time and fee of 4 lines at the same time.
Automatically examine the control parameters, tariff table and real-time clock after switched on, in order to ensure the accurateness of time and fee counting.
An inner-placed and independent lithium battery supplies power for the real-time clock. It can keep the clock working exactly for an enough long time.
Two modes to start charge: reverse-polar signal, pressing keys by hand. These two modes can be applied respectively or simultaneously. Otherwise, special charge modes can be customized at the time of purchasing.
There are 2 sets of tariff table in one system：main tariff table and standby tariff table. Users can set a standby table and the time to enable it if needed.
Can set 100 holidays, and each one can use a independent billing scheme.
Multiple forbidden calls, free calls and special service calls can be set.
Incoming calls can be set as forbidden, free or charging mode.
2.Record and statistic functions
Can record and store the latest 16,000 phone bills.
Can query the accumulative phone bills.
Can query the accumulative phone bills of each line.
Can query the phone bills of any segment of time.
3.Print function
Can be set to print the phone bill immediately after one call is finished.
4. Inquiry, maintenance and management functions
Can query phone bills, daily statistic records and statistic parameters by hand.
Can set the control parameters by net administrators to avoid scathing the system.
Can clear the accumulative values and all kinds of record areas by hand.
5. Program upgrade
Use special download cable to transmit the application program into the terminal by using the management software. It is easy for the program and function upgrade of the terminal.
The application program can be transmitted each other between two meters.
6. Anti-fraud function
It is valid to avoid multiple fraudulent methods to public telephone.
