The existing five roller calender production line of four, respectively, 1800 units, 1700 units, 1300 units, 1200 units. Can produce 80 tons of PVC tablets a day, have a number of high-speed automatic molding machine, machining width of 1525 mm, the filler plate with arbitrary length, manufacturing packing molding piece of 20 tons (every day) catercorner wave, "S" wave filler, the annual production capacity is more than 18000 tons.
