We produce Frozen Helix Aspersa Maxima snails and Burgundian (Helix Pomatia) snails in different tastes: with blue cheese, with eggplant and garlic, with Provencal herbs, with mushrooms, traditional burgundian, with three kinds of cheese. Also we sell snail meat, and live snails in any required quantities. We are given a European veterinary number LT 71-03 and work in accordance with HACCP food safety program, which allows us to produce high quality products in compliance with all European requirements. Every year we process around 150 tons of snails (Helix Pomatia) and africanum snails (Helix aspersa maxima).
