Agar-agar powder produced by our factory is a kind of white powder refined from sea-algae vegetables by advanced technique. The technical indexes of our products all reach international standards. The products feature high purity and gel strength of the gel agar reaches 800-1000g/cm2; the grain size reaches 80.
Agar-agar powder is usually used as jelling agent, emulsifier, dispersing agent, expanding agent, flocculant, anti-staling agent, biology cultivating base, and immune electrophoresis.
