Our role at Maxi Tools is to facilitate transactions between Sellers and Buyers. We are not a Product Owner. We offer legal, financial and operational guidance and are remunerated by commissions arising from successful transactions. Our role is to complete a due diligence process on Buyer and Seller so the end parties to the transaction are able to finalise matters between themselves after agreements in principle have been made between the parties.
Maxi Tools has direct access to Suppliers of Coal Products on a FOT and FOB basis. In some cases we have Offtake Agreements with Mines and, also, value chain logistical arrangements to transport Product to Richards Bay - either at RBCT or at the RBMPT
We are regularly Selling: tools, powertools, coal, managnese, chrome. We are regularly Buying: tools, power tools.
