The Appalam (Pappadam) is the great side dish consumed all over the World. Our Company has established in the year 1997. We customize the Size and Pack of Appalam (Pappad) as per your requirements say Sizes (3 " to "6) and Weights (100 Gms to 500 Gms) and 1 KG loose packs. Papadam, is a thin, crisp disc-shaped Indian food typically based on a seasoned dough made from black gram, fried or cooked with dry heat. Papadams are typically served as an accompaniment to a meal in India. Papad can be prepared from different ingredients and methods.
Cracked black pepper, red chilli powder, asafoetida, or cumin or sesame seeds are often used as flavouring agents. Salt and peanut oil are added to make a dough, which can be flavoured with seasoning such as chili, cumin, garlic, or black pepper. Sometimes baking soda or slaked lime is also added. Papadums are made in different sizes. The smaller ones can be eaten like a snack chip and the larger ones can be used to make wraps.
