Our target is to conclude an agreement to supply our customer with a minimum of 80,000 tons of dried chilli per year, which should significantly boost agricultural exports of chilli and cocoa in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Total area estimated at 3000 hectares, of which the developed part is more or less 300 hectares and the worked part 200 hectares. The Mikalukidi concession where located NKUMBA farm is in the territory of Songololo has 171 km of national road which is divided into 140 km of paved national road (in good condition), 18 km of earth road (13 in good condition and 5 in average condition) and 13 km of rehabilitated paved road. 161 km of provincial dirt road, of which 22 km are in good condition, 95 km in average condition and 44 km in poor condition. As for the bridges, most of them are made of metal on the national asphalt road.
