I first became interested in how personalities affect business behavior 14 years ago. That interest guided me to pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business and then an MBA in international marketing. I was fortunate to get into sales & marketing early in my career. My
drive to succeed and passion for what I do gave me the tools to grow every business I was part of.
As I pursued my professional career in sales and
marketing, I was particularly interested in the human aspect of business. With each person I met and deal I closed, I closely studied people’s behaviors and motivations.
In 2002, I was fortunate to be part of a Human
Behavior workshop along with some of my best
performing colleagues, and it made a permanent impact on my effectiveness as a leader, manager, salesman, and even as a family man. I gained a firm grasp on my own personality characteristics, and how to deal with and influence other personalities.
