JacoTech now offers to the optical and plastics industries: custom research, consultation and development services to create new optical lens designs, extrusion single point diamond tooling, green base roll building, plating of rolls and cylinder engraving or molds for the lenticular or special profile patterned plastic extruding/embossing/casting industries.
JacoTech can micro-machine and single point diamond turn/mill/flycut optical profiles into round cylinders/drums/mandrels, known as cylinder engraving or mold engraving.
We can process parts large as 36" diameter x 127" face x 160" between centers, with weights up to 6,500 LBS (3.25 tons).
