De Leche Dos Pinos R.L. of Costa Rica to
distribute their Dos Pinos brand in the
United States.
Dos Pinos is made up of more than 1,500
affiliate milk producers, ten distribution
branches and 21 farm animal supply stores
as well as animal feed plants, cheese
processing plants and specialty plants
throughout Costa Rica, in addition to
operations throughout Central America and
Dominican Republic. Overall, Dos Pinos has
more than 4,000 employees and processes
80% of Costa Rica's commercial milk. For
consistency in maintaining high standards
in the production of its products, Dos Pinos
was awarded the Excellence in Exportation
prize in 2002.
Products include: Milk, Juices & Nectars,
Ice Cream, Cheeses, Creams & Butters, and
Yogurts
