Zhengzhou NISSAN Automobile Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Japanese joint venture of whole-vehicle manufacturing, founded in 1993 after being approved by the state, of which Dongfeng Motor Joint Stock Co., Ltd. owns an equity of 51%, Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. owns an equity of 28.651% and NISSAN Automobile Business Corporation (Japan) holds the remaining equity of 20.349%. The enterprise has been positioned as the main development base of LCV products for both Dongfeng and NISSAN brands, namely, it specializes in the development of intermediate and high-level Pickup, SUV, MPV and their relevant expanded commodities of Dongfeng Brand and, at the same time, acts as the main undertaker of LCV commodity portfolio of NISSAN brand in China.
