We are a producer of High Quality and Medicinal Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tunisia: Rich in Polyphenols: more than 400mg/kg oil. We started our project when Tsukuba (Japan) university Professors and researchers made many research on our olive oil field and discovered that our tunisian olive oil is among the best in the wolrd. And especially one variety wich we are used named CHETOUI variety.
To get this olive oil quality is not so easy, many steps must be strictly respected. Our mission is to keep maximum of Polyphenols in our Olive Oil.

We got last Mai 1st award in our national packed olive oil competition. Many international experts participated in evaluation committe. Our olive oil is stored in air conditioned room and under nitrogen system.
We are located in north ouest of Tunisia, exactly in Siliana region.
