We procure main raw material Aluminum
Wire Scrap from local parties such as
M/s Kisna Inc & M/s Servo House Company.
We melt the Aluminum Wire Scrap in our
own furnace (Bhatti) run by Gas & Electric
Blower 600 FH temperature. The melted Aluminum is poured in the iron
box to make Aluminum Blocks for making
Aluminum Sheet on our Roller press run by
40 Hp Electric motors. The sheet are cut in sizes to punch out
slugs of different sizes from the Aluminum
Sheet on Automatic heavy duty punching
presses installed in the factory
The slugs are then kept in the bhatti for
annealing and make ready in 25 kg
polythene bags for despatch to the
Aluminum Collapsible Tube manufacturer
throughout Pakistan. We are regularly Selling: 1000 kg, aluminium slugs, and, sheet. We are regularly Buying: with all whole sales scrap market.
