The company was incorporated in 1992, a private family business. It started with supply of raw materials like grains to one major Nigerian brewing company, Guinness Nigeria Plc.. Now it has recently diversified into mining of solid minerals, processing and exporting of these minerals, namely zircon sand, copper ore, baryte etc. What's more, it also shifts its concentration to agricultural commodities like tapioca starch, cassava chips, potato starch etc.
