Iramba Center hotel is looking for interested investor.
Iramba Center Hotel is located in Dar es salaam City, Tanzania. 300 meters off the Dar es salaam/Morogoro highway and about 20 kms from Dar es salaam city center.
Iramba Center Hotel is Six floor building completed 60% of construction work. up to this stage of construction work Iramba CenterHotel use its own cash.
The hotel 1st floor can accommodate reception, rest room, restaurant and kitchen, 2nd & 3rd floor also have an option of accommodating restaurant, bar and conference room.
There are three executive rooms, three family rooms and eighteen single rooms, all rooms are self contained.
The 40% construction work remains,
finishing and furnishing costs are estimated to be about TZS 600 million (US$364,000). The amount will be required to complete the construction works, finishing & furnishing. Costs incurred will be deducted on leasing payment charge as per contract agreed.
