Don't let people confuse you with stories they have not had first hand experience with. Asian Cement now is as good, if not better standard than Australian (world's best practise), British, European, American, Russian and other.
The reason for the steady and certain improvement in standard is the arrival in Asian countries of Heidelberg, Cemex, Holcim and Lafarge as part owners of plants. It has lifted other producers standards.
If you want Export Quality cement, it will be had.
I have 3-4 million tons available at $46-50FOB, Jumbo bags and Dry Bulk, from Vietnam Cai Lan Port.
I have 600,000 tons available in Jumbo Bags from Ri Zhao Port in Shandong Province @ $56 FOB
similar amounts available from West Coast of India for $58FOB as Dry Bulk/Bags?
