but gentle method for stripping primary and secondary antibodies from blots to
enable several reprobings on the same membrane. Westren Blot Stripping Buffer
is specifically formulated to dissociate and remove antibodies from the membrane
bound protein without destroying the antigenic binding affinity. Removal of antibodies
also removes corresponding chemiluminescent orsignals from the blots. The stripped
blots can then be probed with new probes.
