We have castings production unit with machine shop to produce grey iron and ductile iron castings. The castings weight for green sand process is 3.00 to 75kgs and for shell molding process is 0.500 kgs to 15.00 kgs. Both physical and chemical labs are available to verify the material properties. The CMM and other measuring devises are available to inspect the machined castings.
The Aluminum castings are produced by die casting process and sand casting process.
0.500 - 35.00 kgs castings are produced by gravity die casting process. 1.00 - 350.00 kg castings are produced by sand castings process.
