Below are the provisions and
conditions under which the Buyer
will engage and purchase Medium
Term Notes (MTNs), only.
Please read all documentation for
a comprehensive understanding
of the following:
• Price Point of MTNs to be
contracted.
• Euroclear procedures for
engagement and settlement of
MTNs to be contracted.
• Proof of funds to be issued,
ONLY, if the criterion is met by
the Owner/Seller.
PRICE POINT: Top 25 Western
European Banks’ Instruments to
be contracted
• Medium Term Notes, issued
for a ten year term, and with at
least, 9.5 years to the maturity
date.
• Must be live, existing,
screenable Notes.
• Must have a current
Euroclear registered Owner.
• Must be loaded & registered
on Euroclear.
• Only senior un-
subordinated, secured, non-
structured, cashed backed Bank
issued Notes.
• 10 year term, with a fixed
coupon rate at a minimum of:
5.2500 % if dominated in Euros
5.5000 % if denominated in USD
And up to 7.5000 %, or better.
