3D fiberglass spacer woven is woven out by 100% E-glass fiber, and consists of two deck layers formed by warp and weft direction fibers and Z direction fibers which interconnect both deck layers. The double deck layers is similar 04 checked fiberglass cloth. The height between two deck lays (Z direction) can be designed from 3mm to 30mm in order to meet different needs, and the fabric’s construction can be designed as 8-shape and V-shape and U-shape and V-shape.
3D sandwich laminates advantages: Lighter, Faster, Stronger, Higher; Saving Labor, Time and Material; Lighter weight, Higher stiffness, Impact resistance，Thermal and sound insulated, Acoustic damping, Wave transmittable.
