Product name: Ester Based Lubricant CFK-1

Product description: CFK-1 is a highly effective and environmentally acceptable ester-base lubricant used in most water-base drilling fluids.

Application/Function: Used as lubricant for highly deviated or horizontal wells to minimize torque, drag, differential sticking and bit and BHA balling problems in particularly off-shore operation.

Appearance: Amber liquid
Density: 0.92 -1.00 g/cm3
Solubility: Water dispersible
Flash point: 210°F / 92°C Min
Thermal stability: 150℃/302°F

Recommended Treatment: Add CFK-1 in concentrations of 10.0 to 25.0 liters per 1000 liters to drilling fluids. Mix slowly through a jet mixer or sift slowly into the vortex of a high-speed stirrer.

Package and storage: 25 kg drums or according to customer’s requirement. Avoid high-intensity extreme pressure and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.
