2. Seller issues FCO
3. Buyer signs and returns FCO
4. Seller issue draft contract (SPA) open for amendment to buyer, Buyer sign and return Draft contract back to Seller. 5. Upon Seller receipt of signed contract from the buyer, Seller legalizes the signed contract with the Russian chamber of commerce. 6. Russian chamber of commerce appoints a escrow Company to handle the transaction between the Seller and buyer. 7. Seller and buyer sign the escrow agreement document and send a copy to the Russian chamber of commerce for future reference. 8. Buyer and Seller opens escrow account with the appointed escrow company. 9. Seller issues 2% performance bound to buyers escrow account via the appointed escrow company. 10.
