Prestressed Mono-Strand Pulling Jack for PC Strand
1. Model: QYC270 (27 tons), QYC240 (24 tons).
2. Capacity: 24 tons and 27 tons, Tension Journey: 200mm, Tension Cylinnder Area:  4418mm², Weight: 24kg, Size: 108x510mm.
3. Usage: For stressing single strand, such as unbonded monostrand anchor system and flat anchor system.
4. For PC Strand Diameter: 9.53mm, 12.7mm, 15.24mm, for PC Steel Wire Diameter: 5mm, 7mm, 9mm.
5. Accessories: Removing Anchor Device, Limited Board, Seal Kits, Spare Wedges.
Features of Monostrand Hydraulic Jack:
It can tension different diameter of pc strand, steel wire and steel rebar (see followings) by replacing different grip wedges inside it.
A:Â Â It can tension 12.7mm, 15.24mm, 15.7mm, 16mm pc strand.
B:Â Â It can tension 5mm, 7mm, 8.0mm, 9.52mmn steel wires.
C: The customized jack  can tension 16mm, 22mm, 24mm, 26mm, 28mm, 32mm, steel rebar.
